Welcome to today's Coffee Talk! 

Good morning everyone!

1 Corinthians 1:4-5 

 I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given to you by Christ Jesus,

 5 that you were enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge,

These verses speak of Paul's gratitude for the people of Corinth, and their enrichment in Jesus Christ.

 And as I reflect on these words, I am reminded of how often we take God's grace and blessings for granted.

We live in a world that is constantly pushing us to strive for more, to be better, to have more. 

We are bombarded with messages telling us that we are not enough, that we need to do more, be more, have more. 

But in the midst of all this noise, we forget to stop and appreciate the grace that God has given us.

Just like the people of Corinth, we too have been enriched in every way through Jesus Christ. 

We have been blessed with the gift of salvation and forgiveness, and we have access to all kinds of wisdom and knowledge through the word of God. 

Yet, how often do we stop and thank God for these blessings?

We must remember that everything we have, everything we are able to do, is because of God's grace.

 It is not by our own strength or abilities, but by His grace that we are able to accomplish great things. 

And when we acknowledge this, it humbles us and reminds us of our dependence on Him.

But Paul also mentions that they have been enriched with all kinds of speech.

 This does not only refer to our ability to speak, but also to the words that come out of our mouth. 

Our words have the power to build up or tear down, to encourage or discourage. 

And as Christians, it is our responsibility to use our words to spread love, hope and encouragement.

So today, let us be grateful for God's grace and blessings in our lives.

 Let us use our words to uplift others and bring glory to His name.
